Shopping With Us
Everything you need to know about collections, deliveries and returns.
We hold reserved items for up to one week. A deposit or
full payment may be required to secure your reservation.

Dry goods, accessories, and aquatic and other plants can
be couriered to your door. Contact us for a quote based
on your location.
Glass tanks and glass enclosures cannot be couriered
without professional crating. If you need a glass item
shipped, please contact us — crating is available at an
additional cost.
All livestock — reptiles, fish, invertebrates and other
animals — are available for in-store collection only.
We do not courier any live animals at this time.
For returns, contact us within 7 days via email or
WhatsApp before returning any item.
